The evening kicks off with a Hoegaarden cocktail reception before you can launch into the menu, with
Chicken wings dynasty style (paired with Hoegaarden Original)
A hot and sour soup with Maine lobster (paired with Budweiser).
Hong Kong-style BBQ suckling pig (paired with Stella Artois) and either
Cantonese-style charcoal roasted US Kobe short rib OR pork served with hand-pulled noodles and spicy Sichuan pepper (both paired with Leffe Blond).
The ticket price of 1,888 baht includes free flow beer pouring and the 6 course menu.
