Must See Bangkok – The Night market is conveniently located behind the Esplanade mall and can easily be reached from MRT station Thailand Cultural Center. The Rod Fai night market is famous for being a retro and antiques market with lots of vintage clothing, retro items and other cool stuff. The market at Ratchada is quite similar to the one behind Seacon Square, although it is not as large, it does have a the same cool vibe with vintage cars, antique shops and Volkswagen vans
Bangkok.com – The new Rot Fai Market in the Ratchada area of Bangkok is bringing the same convivial night bazaar feel, antiques curios, and street food snacks and treats from its original location, into an area of the city that is much easier to access thanks to the nearby Cultural Centre MRT Underground Station. Although the Srinakarin branch is much larger, it is also way out in the suburbs of Bangkok, making it challenging for people who find themselves on the other side of the city. This new Train Market is more central and compact, meaning it’s easier to pop in for a spot of browsing anytime from 18:00 to 24:00, Thursday to Sunday.
Photo tip – Pop along to Esplanade shopping center opposite the market, take a lift to Floor 4 or 5 of the car park, some great views as the sun goes down.
